This course equips participants with the operational, technical, and compliance skills required to manage training programmes within a Singapore training organisation.
Participants will learn how to:
Plan and administer training runs in accordance with organisational and regulatory requirements
Manage enrolments, scheduling, and trainer coordination
Handle training funding workflows (e.g. SSG/TPG submissions)
Use digital systems (TMS/LMS) to streamline operations
Monitor training delivery and perform post-course closure activities

Coordinate trainers, schedules, and training logistics
Operate a Training Management System effectively
Support funding and compliance processes in a training environment
Execute proper training closure and reporting procedures
Minimum Entry Requirements
Able to speak, read, and write English at ES WPLN Level 3 or equivalent
Basic computer literacy (email, web applications, spreadsheets)
Preferably 6 months of administrative or coordination experience
