About this Course

This course equips participants with the operational, technical, and compliance skills required to manage training programmes within a Singapore training organisation.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Plan and administer training runs in accordance with organisational and regulatory requirements
  • Manage enrolments, scheduling, and trainer coordination
  • Handle training funding workflows (e.g. SSG/TPG submissions)
  • Use digital systems (TMS/LMS) to streamline operations
  • Monitor training delivery and perform post-course closure activities

Minimum Entry Requirements

  • Able to speak, read, and write English at ES WPLN Level 3 or equivalent
  • Basic computer literacy (email, web applications, spreadsheets)
  • Preferably 6 months of administrative or coordination experience
